By enrolling in this California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Students must meet all eligibility requirements set forth by the State of California and their local issuing agency. This includes, but is not limited to, being legally eligible to possess a firearm. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm eligibility prior to enrollment. No guarantees are made regarding approval of a CCW permit.
All students are required to comply with applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws throughout the duration of the course. Any illegal activity or violation of firearm laws will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
Safety is the highest priority. Students must follow all range commands and instructor directions at all times. Unsafe behavior, including improper firearm handling, will result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.
Students are responsible for bringing all required equipment unless otherwise specified. This may include a legally owned firearm, appropriate ammunition, eye and ear protection, and any additional items outlined prior to the course. All firearms must be transported in compliance with California law.
Successful completion of the live-fire qualification is required to receive a certificate of completion. Instructors reserve the right to withhold certification if a student cannot demonstrate safe handling and minimum competency.
Full attendance and active participation are required. Students who arrive late, leave early, or fail to complete any portion of the course may not receive certification.
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the class. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the instructor or business. No refunds will be issued for students removed due to safety violations or misconduct.
A certificate of completion will be issued only after all course requirements have been successfully met. This certificate does not guarantee issuance of a CCW permit, as final approval is determined by the local issuing authority.
By participating in this course, students acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks. Students agree to release and hold harmless the instructor(s), range facility, and affiliated parties from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course, except where prohibited by law.
Students are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the course without refund.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves in an unsafe manner, or poses a risk to themselves or others.
